Human Resources Administrator
This part-time position has the responsibility for planning, executing, and monitoring employee relations (including, but not limited to, hiring, maintaining, development, and training of staff), identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions, handling employee benefit packages, and providing support of GFA strategic objectives, among other duties, under the direction of Executive Director and General Secretary. This person must have a degree in Human Resources management or employment equivalent, be knowledgeable in federal and local labor laws and any updates, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be computer literate.
Camera Operator (Four positions available)
The overall role of videographer is to accurately and timely set up operations to capture scheduled events (soccer matches, training sessions or educational production). The videographer is to perform the actual camera moves, including pans, tilts and video editing (highlights) as needed. GFA provides the equipment necessary to perform such tasks along with the livestream link of production.

Relocation/New Perimeter Fencing and Gates for Talofofo Soccer Complex (Bid closing date: 5 p.m., Oct. 8, 2020)
The Guam Football Association (GFA) is seeking proposals from qualified and appropriately licensed contractors to relocate the existing chain link perimeter security fencing with two (2) gates along the property line boundaries. GFA intends to enter into contract with the selected Respondent within thirty days of a Notice of Award. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period the time may be extended by mutual agreement between GFA and selected Respondent.
