Wolverines, Strykers win U8 and U6 divisions in Jingle Bell Tournament

[December 13, 2021 – Harmon, Guam] The Guam Shipyard Wolverines and the Bank of Guam Strykers topped the U8 and U6 divisions, respectively, of the 2021 Guam Football Association Jingle Bell Tournament Saturday at the Guam Football Association National Training Center.

A total of 10 teams in the U6 and U8 age divisions played over two weekends in the four-week youth soccer tournament supported in great part by Japan Football Association. Teams in the U12 Division played Nov. 27 and teams in the U10 age division are scheduled to play Dec. 18 at the GFA National Training Center futsal courts.

Community First/Days Inn Dededo Soccer Club Gold teams took silver in both the U6 and U8 age divisions. In the U8 division, Wings FC Red won third place over NBG/MWR North.

Teams registered to play in the U6 division were Community First/Days Inn Dededo Soccer Club Gold and Blue teams, Wings FC Black and Red teams, Quality Distributors, Tumon Typhoons FC, NBG/MWR North, Bank of Guam Strykers, Sidekick SC, and the Guam Shipyard Wolverines.

Teams registered to play in the U8 division were Community First/Days Inn Dededo Soccer Club Gold and Blue teams, Sidekick SC White and Silver teams, Wings FC Black and Red teams, Tumon Typhoons FC, NBG/MWR North, Bank of Guam Strykers, and Guam Shipyard Wolverines.

U6 Champions

U8 3rd Place
