[October 25, 2019 – Harmon, Guam] Wings FC President Duane Pahl will be running unopposed for one vacant seat on Guam Football Association Executive Committee during the organization’s Ordinary Congress Nov. 26 at the GFA National Training Center Lecture Hall.
