Tigers Defeat Wings to Claim Spring 2016 U14 Title

[May 1, 2016 – Harmon, Guam] – The Tigers won against the Wings in the battle of undefeated teams in the championship match of the Triple J Auto Group Robbie Webber Youth Soccer League U14 division Saturday at the Guam Football Association National Training Center.

In the championship match, Raf Garcia scored twice in the win and Micah Hennegan scored the Tigers’ other goal. The Tigers entered the playoffs ranked No. 2 under the Wings. In the regular season, both teams battled to a 1-1 draw.

During the awards ceremony, each player and coach also received a Triple J Fair Play drawstring bag as an additional prize.

Also recognized during the awards ceremony were the ASC Trust Islanders, finishing in third place after defeating the Community First/Days Inn Dededo Soccer Club in a penalty kick shootout in the consolation match.
