GFA donates 350 Adidas balls to Guam schools

[September 25, 2015 – Harmon, Guam] GFA recently donated 350 soccer balls to the island’s middle and high schools in a presentation ceremony on Sept. 24.

Matao captain Jason Cunliffe, with GFA Executive Director Cheri Stewart, organized the donation and presented the soccer balls to school representatives present at the ceremony.

The soccer balls, Adidas Conext15 Glider balls, are the replicas of match balls used at the 2014 FIFA Club World Cup and the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, in addition to other major FIFA tournaments held earlier this year.

GFA also plans to donate soccer balls to its youth club members at a later date.
