Four candidates to run unopposed for GFA Executive positions in 2025 election

[October 12, 2025 – Harmon, Guam] Four candidates will run unopposed in their re-election bids for their respective positions in Guam Football Association’s upcoming executive election set to take place Oct. 28 at the Hyatt Regency Guam during the 2025 GFA Congress.

The candidates are listed below:

GFA President: Valentino San Gil

GFA Senior Vice President: George Lai

GFA Junior Vice President: Tina Esteves

GFA At-Large Executive Committee Member: Craig Wade

Per the GFA Statutes Article 32.2 (Elections): The election of the Executive Committee at the Congress shall be conducted by secret ballot. Where a candidate has no opponent for the seat, they may be elected by a show of hands or by acclamation. No voting by letter or proxy is permitted.

The term for the four positions will run for four years from 2025-2029.

Additionally, members of independent judicial bodies, the GFA Disciplinary and Ethics Committee and the GFA Appeal Committee, will be up for approval by the GFA Congress.

Chairman: Jeffrey Cook

Deputy Chairman: Leonardo Rapadas

Members: Adam Baron, Arianna Bishop, Kyle Legozzie, Caralyn Walsh, and Lee Webber

GFA Appeal Committee

Chairman: F. Randall Cunliffe

Deputy Chairman: Michael Bordallo

Members: Wes Bogdan, Steven Pixley, and Marianne Woloschuk

The term for the positions on the GFA Disciplinary and Ethics Committee and the GFA Appeal Committee is six years from 2025-2031.
