Clash of undefeated 2025-2026 Futsal League teams on deck for Dec. 2

[November 29, 2025 – Harmon, Guam] The two lone undefeated teams in the Guam Football Association Men’s Futsal League – defending champion NAPA Rovers FC and Bank of Guam Strykers FC will go head-to-head Tuesday at the Astumbo gym beginning at 8 p.m.

The Rovers (3-0) currently top league standings, dominating in all table categories. In just three matches, the team has scored 44 goals and allowed only nine for a league best +35 goal differential. Last season’s Golden Boot winner, Justin Cruz, is once again in the driver’s seat early this season, scoring 12 goals for the Rovers FC. On the opposite side of the court, 2025 Golden Glove winner Julius Campos boasts the lone clean sheet, averaging a league-low three goals conceded per match.

The Strykers (2-0) have had much closer encounters in its matches, scoring 17 goals and allowing 12 for a +5 goal differential. Leading the team in goals scored is Jude Bischoff, last season’s Golden Boot Race runner-up previously with Guam Shipyard, with seven goals in two matches.

Before the Rovers-Strykers clash Dec. 2, Guam Shipyard will take on the Crushers FC.

In Week 4 matches before the Thanksgiving holiday Nov. 25, Quality Distributors FC defeated Sidekick SC 6-3 with two goals each from Winard Azaglo and Marvin Ednaco. Larry Guiang and Gedise Merredy also scored in the win. Napu Mesa, Hark Galarion, and Sampson Sheppard scored one each for Sidekick SC.

In the evening’s other match, Omega Southern Heat slipped past the Southern Cobras 5-4 in the battle of southern teams. Austin Rioja led the Heat with two goals and teammates Cody Pangelinan, Logan Concepcion, and Joshua Cepeda also scored. Trevin Rioja and Adam Rivera each scored twice for the Cobras.

In Week 3 matches played at Astumbo gym, the Bank of Guam Strykers defeated Crushers FC 8-4, led by Jude Bischoff’s hat trick. Teammate Caleb Sablan scored twice and Columbus Harbison, Joshua Bamba, and Curtis “Meto” Harmon each chipped in one goal. Jacob Concepcion scored a hat trick for the Crushers and teammate Alvin Merfalen scored once.

In the Nov. 18 late match, last season’s runner-up Wings FC defeated Guam Shipyard 7-5. Jehren Banuchi and Tanner Federico each finished with a hat trick in the win and teammate Alik Morgan scored the Wings’ other goal. Cyle Tass scored twice for Guam Shipyard and teammates Donald Weakley, Kristian Cruz, and Antonio Prieto also scored.

In Nov. 20 matches played at Yigo gym, NAPA Rovers FC blanked the Southern Cobras SC 23-0. Justin Cruz led the goal haul with a triple hat trick and teammate Michael Castaneda scored five. Edler De Castro and Shaun-Paul Martinez each finished with four goals and teammate Ryan Quitugua scored once.

Omega Southern Heat settled for a 6-6 draw with Sidekick SC in the evening’s late match. Austin Rioja scored twice for the Heat and teammates Michael Topasna, Cody Pangelinan, Shane Cepeda, and Joshua Pangelinan each scored once. Giorden Devera led the Sidekick SC with two goals and teammates Napu Mesa, Andrew Sellers, Jerick Cruz and Hark Galarion also scored.
