Strykers Snap Wings Four-season U17 Division Reign

[May 1, 2016 – Harmon, Guam] – The W.M. Engineering Strykers become only the second team in two years to win the U17 division of the Triple J Auto Group Robbie Webber Youth Soccer League, after Wings Red held strongly to the division title spanning four seasons.

The Strykers, entering the U17 division playoffs ranked No. 1, extended its undefeated streak with a close 1-0 win over Wings Red in the championship match Saturday at the Guam Football Association National Training Center.

Preston Boynton was credited with the match’s lone goal.

Also recognized during the awards ceremony was Quality Distributors FC finishing in third place after defeating the Southern Cobras in the consolation match.
