
10 Feb GFA, Triple J Auto Group renew partnership for 12th consecutive year
[February 8, 2025 – Harmon, Guam] Guam Football Association entered into its 12th year of collaboration with Triple J Auto Group following the renewal of its annual partnership Feb. 6 at the Triple J Auto Group showroom in upper Tumon.
“On behalf of Guam Football Association, I would like to graciously thank Triple J Auto Group for more than a decade of support and the continued confidence in us to deliver sporting opportunities that benefit the local community of which we all are a part,” said Valentino San Gil, GFA President. “We count on the continuous support of local business sponsors to not only maintain our current programs and activities for the community, but to also realize new, increasingly inclusive opportunities for all. We very much appreciate the unwavering support that allows us to fulfill our mission of promoting, fostering, governing, and developing football for all in Guam.”
GFA Executives, GFA National Academy coaches, and Triple J Auto Group Executives met at the Triple J Auto Group showroom Feb. 6 to unveil the three new vehicles donated to GFA. The three vehicles will assist GFA in its increasing number of outreach programs in the community, including the GFA Football 4 Schools program supported by Triple J Auto Group, now featuring 24 of Guam’s elementary schools. The vehicles also will help GFA in reaching out to member clubs preparing for the upcoming Triple J Auto Group Robbie Webber Youth League.

Triple J Auto Group’s partnership with GFA began with the Spring season of the 2014 Robbie Webber Youth League and expanded to include Football 4 Schools in 2023.
The Spring season of the 2025 Triple J Auto Group Robbie Webber Youth League will officially kick off Feb. 22. In celebration of the start of the new season, as well as GFA’s 50th Anniversary, the GFA Football Events Department will be featuring “Go for Gold” activities for the teams and their supporters, including:
- Introduction of GFA mascots Tasi and Tano
- Meet and Greet with Guam’s youth national players
- Photobooth opportunity from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Games with Triple J Auto Group team
- Free Haagen-Dazs ice cream and popcorn (while supplies last)
- Lucky draw for youth league players
Prizes for the lucky draw for youth league players include a Sony Playstation 5, authentic Guam National Team jerseys, giveaways from Triple J Auto Group, and “I Love Guam Football” collector items.
